Calls for Jimmy Carr to resign after paralympic joke

The presenter of the show Distraction has caused an uproar in the UK over a joke about severely injured troops.

Jimmy Carr has promised to raise money for a charity which supports wounded servicemen after he suggested that soldiers who lost limbs in war zones will contribute to a strong Paralympics team.
