Pop star Robbie Williams has been caught on camera using hand sanitiser and pulling a grossed out facial expression after interacting with fans at a concert.
The 'Angels' singer was performing for Robbie Rocks Big Ben Live on British TV on Saturday night (local time) when the incident was filmed.
While singing the traditional 'Auld Lang Syne', Williams ventures down to the crowd and makes hand-to-hand contact with several of them.
He then walks across the stage to pick up what appears to be a small container of disinfectant fluid and squeezes some onto his hands, while screwing up his face.
Quickly, viewers took to social media to mock the incident, with many joking that it was a great way to celebrate the New Year.
