Kylie Jenner made one high school student an instant legend by accepting his offer to go to the prom.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star capped off a difficult week in which her sister was mocked and criticised over a poorly thought out Pepsi commercial by making a fellow teen's dreams come true.
Jenner, 19, was Albert Ochoa's date at the Rio Americano's prom at Tsakopoulos Library Galleria on the weekend, after the girl he first asked said no.
The model was dressed in a pink satin dress, slashed to the waist, as she took a private jet to Sacramento, California to join the lucky teen for the event.
She was photographed and filmed by dozens of excited teens at the prom, where she even engaged in a slow dance with Ochoa.
"Imagine rejecting a prom date & the guy that asked you takes Kylie," one of the student's friends wrote on social media.
"Shout out to Albert Choa for that comeback."
Also at the weekend, Jenner attended a birthday party in a silver outfit she described as expressing her "inner space cowgirl".
