The trailer for Ubisoft's upcoming first-person shooter Far Cry 5 promises god, guns and plenty of controversy.
Set in the fictional Hope County in real-life Montana, a preview image released earlier this week led to accusations the Montreal-based division of the company had made a "white genocide simulator".
Past Far Cry games have had the player taking on central Asian, African and Pacific Island opponents.
The full trailer, released Saturday (NZ time) suggests the player will be taking on some kind of Christian death cult in small-town America.
