Paris Hilton's little brother Conrad has been filmed mouthing off in court, days after footage emerged of another fiery confrontation with he had with the law.
The 23-year-old hotel heir yelled "I'm Conrad motherf***ing Hilton, don't you forget it" amidst an expletive-filled, homophobic rant directed at police officers while being arrested over the weekend.
Hilton appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday (local time), one day after he was due to be arraigned following his arrest this weekend for alleged grand theft auto and violating a restraining order taken out by his ex.
In video recorded in court, he mouthed off at members of the media, reportedly using further homophobic slurs including calling a photographer "so f**king gay". Although the microphone didn't pick up audio of his outburst, it's clear his behaviour is inappropriate.
The judge asked him to take his bail conditions seriously, and Hilton replied by saying he does "not have sex with hookers".
Celebrity lawyer Robert Shapiro - who previously represented OJ Simpson - stood before Hilton at the hearing, seemingly ignoring his client's outburst.
Hilton had refused to leave jail the day before to attend court.
He was bailed for US$90,000 and only to the custody of his father, Rick. The judge also said Hilton must be psychiatrically assessed at a hospital.
