Hollywood heavyweights Melissa McCarthy and Alec Baldwin have made an impressive return to Saturday Night Live, reprising their now infamous roles as Sean Spicer and Donald Trump.
The pair appeared in the same spoof for the first time over the weekend - and with such a high-profile match-up came one the most outrageous storylines yet.
After a short time with Sarah Huckabee Sanders, played by Aidy Bryant, filling in at a White House press briefing, McCarthy's Spicer made a triumphant entrance with a fire extinguisher, declaring "Spicey's back, Sarah's out - let's do this" before taking over proceedings.
After delivering a series of comic responses to questions about President Trump's mental state - one of the best including the use Russian dolls and a Pikachu doll - Spicer then took to the road on a motorised lectern to see Trump, after becoming concerned that he was lying to him.
After talking with Trump for a while - and being reassured that he had only been asked to lie "since you started working here", the President then told Spicer he wouldn't be replaced because no one has his "special spice".
President Trump then steps forward, urging Spicer to lean in for a kiss. He initially refuses because he's married, but when Trump reassures him that it's fine because he's famous, they lock lips.
Melissa McCarthy was hosting Saturday Night Live for the fifth time in her career - a coveted milestone only achieved by those most highly thought of by the show's producers.
