Video has been released showing Shia LaBeouf threatening an officer amid a lengthy foul-mouthed tirade during his latest arrest.
The Transformers star also made remarks about race, called a police officer a "stupid bitch" and a "dumb f**k", along with boasting about having "more millionaire lawyers than you know what to do with".
LaBeouf was arrested in Savannah, Georgia on Saturday (local time) and charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
"If I had my gun I'll blow your sh*t up... You put your own kind in the f**king pen, for nothing. You put a white man in the pen," LaBeouf raged while being driven to the police station.
The 31-year-old also complained about being handcuffed and repeatedly asks why he's being arrested in the footage, suggesting he shouldn't be due to his nationality.
"I'm a f**king American, I pay my taxes, get these sh*ts off my f**king arm," LaBeouf yelled.
In addition to is complaint to a white cop about putting his "own kind" behind bars, the actor rages at an officer of colour.
"You got a president that don't give a sh*t about you, and you're stuck in a police force that don't give a f**k about you, so you wanna arrest white people who give a f**k," LaBeouf says.
"I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid bitch, I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb f**k. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist, you stupid bitch?"
The footage is reminiscent of the notorious tapes of Mel Gibson's racist rant at a Jewish police officer, which seriously damaged his career.
It's just the latest time Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star has been in trouble with the law, after multiple arrests and charges since the mid-2000s.
He has been released on bail and is continuing to shoot a movie in Georgia.
