Meghan Markle's ex-husband Trevor Engleson has caused waves in the entertainment world after announcing he's producing a sitcom about a woman who leaves her husband for a Prince.
The comedy will explore the difficulties of sharing custody with the royal family when your ex-wife is married to a Prince, according to a Deadline report.
Engleson and Suits actress Markle started dating in 2004 and were married in September 2011, but divorced two years later.
Since 2016 Markle, 36, has been dating Prince Harry.

Although Engleson, 40, insists the lead characters are not based on himself and Markle, he was inspired by a conversation with fellow producer Dan Farah, musing what would have been if he and Meghan had had children together, and he had to share custody with the royal family.
Modern Family executive producer Danny Zucker, has been brought on as a writer, and New Girl's Jake Kasdan and Christine Gernon will be directors, The Telegraph reports.
