Former Disney star and current Riverdale actor Cole Sprouse has taken to Twitter to lambast media coverage of the Las Vegas shooting.
The horrific massacre happened when a 64-year-old gunman opened fire at attendees of an open-air concert in Las Vegas, killing at least 59 with more than 500 injured.

Sprouse has linked "whiteness" with mass shootings and attacked media coverage that makes mass murderers "anti-heroes".
In a series of tweets, the 25-year-old said his views on "this unfortunately characteristic part of US life" came from his upbringing "within media culture".
"Media has a tremendous role to play in the cultivation of mass shooters," Sprouse wrote.
"Constant coverage and in-depth 'analysis' of the life of shooters... The childhood, habits, social and professional life, etc, are all covered a great deal for weeks after the event.
"This makes media complicit in the creation of these shooters as anti-heroes, and often alone justifies the insane to take to shooting."
Sprouse's Riverdale co-star and rumoured real-life girlfriend Lili Reinhart also took to social media to react to the tragic events, encouraging her followers not to live in fear.
The second season of Riverdale, which also features New Zealander KJ Apa, premieres later this month.
