Amazon is reportedly investigating sexual harassment allegations against Transparent star Jeffrey Tambor.
He stars as a transgender woman in the comedy-drama web series, which has aired on Amazon since 2014.

An Amazon spokesperson confirmed to Deadline that the company has launched an investigation into Tambor, which is reportedly in its early stages.
The investigation comes from allegations made by the 73-year-old Emmy winner's former assistant Van Barnes, a trans woman herself.
She accused Tambor of inappropriate behaviour in a Facebook post, which is hidden from the general public.
"I am aware that a former disgruntled assistant of mine has made a private post implying that I had acted in an improper manner toward her," Tambor told Deadline on Wednesday (local time).
"I adamantly and vehemently reject and deny any and all implication and allegation that I have ever engaged in any improper behaviour toward this person or any other person I have ever worked with. I am appalled and distressed by this baseless allegation."
The investigation comes just three weeks after Amazon Studios boss Roy Price resigned over sexual harassment claims made by Hollywood producer Isa Hackett Dick and actress Rose McGowan.
