If you're having Handmaid's Tale withdrawals, we've got some good news.
American streaming service Hulu has announced their 2018 schedule, including an April release for season two of the popular drama series.
Lightbox has confirmed they will be streaming all 13 episodes of the series express to NZ, so you only have to wait five months before getting your next fix.
Season one of Handmaid's Tale, the dystopian drama about women forced to bear children for barren couples, won an Emmy for Outstanding Drama Series earlier this year.
An official synopsis from Hulu reads; "The Emmy-winning drama series returns with a second season shaped by Offred's pregnancy and her on-going fight to free her future child from the dystopian horrors of Gilead.
"'Gilead is within you' is a favourite saying of Aunt Lydia. In season two, Offred and all our characters will fight against or succumb to this dark truth."
In an Emmy event with the cast, star Elisabeth Moss teased that season two would continue the theme of motherhood.
"What does it mean to be a good mother? It's about the way we mother the people in our lives," she said.
"Give up trying to guess what happens. Don't try to guess what happens in that first scene of episode one in season two. You will never get it, and I mean that objectively as a viewer. You just won't guess, and I love that so much."
