Lorde has claimed her first Vodafone New Zealand Music Award (VNZMA) of 2017, nabbing the trophy for Best Solo Artist.
It's the 13th VNZMA win of her career to date and the first of five honours she's been nominated for to be announced at this year's ceremony.
Lorde will be performing her hit 'Green Light' during the event, which is taking place at Auckland's Spark Arena and being broadcast live on Three.
She's also up for Album of the Year for Melodrama, Single of the Year, Best Pop Artist and People's Choice Award.
Lorde concluded a tour of New Zealand this week after performing at concerts in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Dunedin.
The 21-year-old is about to tour Australia, with her first date in Perth on Saturday, November 18.
