A dating expert who claimed British women are far inferior to their European counterparts has been slammed by controversial TV broadcaster Piers Morgan.
Richard La Ruina is a self-professed dating aficionado, who goes by the moniker 'Gambler' and claims he was able to turn his fortunes around with women in his mid-20s by pioneering a range of tactics.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Mr La Ruina admitted he encouraged friends and clients to pursue love interests in Eastern Europe, instead of Britain.
He claims the average woman in that region is significantly more attractive and has better character.
Taking issue with this stance, host Piers Morgan decided to lay into Mr La Ruina.
"You're a dick, aren't you?" he said, to gasps from his fellow presenters.
"No, you are, aren't you? Your name is Richard.
"I didn't mean anything by that. You're name is Richard, you are literally a Dick."
Mr La Ruina, unsure how to respond, simply smiled and replied with: "We could call you Piers Moron, if you're going to that level."
Mr La Ruina, who has turned his apparent skill for attracting women into a business enterprise, explained why he preferred to go further afield than England in the pursuit of women.
"They don't look very good, they don't look after themselves," he said of British females.
"They're famous for moaning and complaining all the time. They just ask a lot and give very little in return."
Mr La Ruina's comments have drawn huge criticism from the show's British viewers.
