Khloe Kardashian has finally confirmed the news she's been trying to keep quiet for months - she's pregnant.

The reality TV star is expecting a baby with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, an NBA star with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Khloe took to Instagram to show off her baby bump in a photo that features Thompson's fingers clasping her engorged belly.
"My greatest dream realised!" the 33-year-old captioned the pic.
"I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in him and be patient."
Khloe's message gets more emotional as she puts Thompson in focus and thanks him for impregnating her and loving her.
"You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you've been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!"
Khloe's struggles getting pregnant with ex-husband Lamar Odom were well-documented on reality show Khloe and Lamar.
Her pregnancy with Thompson was first reported in September.
