Royal-to-be Meghan Markle has received an invitation the Queen has never offered anyone before.
"You can expect to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Ms Markle, at Sandringham on Christmas Day," a Kensington Palace spokesman told CNN on Wednesday (local time).

She'll be the first royal fiancée to do so - even Prince William and Kate Middleton spent Christmas apart, despite announcing their engagement in November 2010.
It's not the first time Markle has blazed her own trail, since she and the Prince went public with their relationship earlier this year. She had private meetings with the Queen, and she and Harry have held hands in public.
While there's no official rule restricting PDA, royals usually don't hold hands while on official engagements, but the pair have flouted this in the past, because it's 2017!
