She may have been through a traumatising breakup on last night's episode of Married At First Sight Australia, but jilted bride Alycia Galbraith has had the last laugh, showing off her incredible 30kg weight loss on Instagram.
In S05E11, which aired on Tuesday here, Alycia was dumped by husband Matthew on a set of cold, concrete steps in Sydney.
But now the 29-year-old fitness instructor is showing off just how far she had come on her own before the show, sharing a photo on Instagram from 2012 compared to now.
Alycia admitted to her 29,000 followers that she was "super nervous" to reveal her previous body shape, to the point she initially didn't even share photos with the MAFS producers show while applying.
"Despite my smile, I wasn't a happy person in the photo on the left," she revealed. "I was in a bad relationship I didn't have the strength to leave at the time, I was constantly criticised for the way I looked & rebelled by eating more.
"Literally the only reason I said yes to sharing my story in the end is because I was promised that it would help people and I really hope it can.
"People ask me how I succeeded in changing my appearance & I truly believe that a positive mind attracts wonderful things - this is where my transformation began."
