The 15-year-old shot to fame in 2016 after appearing on Dr. Phil, and has gone on to become a successful musician.
In the video, Bregoli and her bodyguard approach Woah Vicky - real name Victoria Waldrip - before the pair exchange heated words, and punches are thrown.
The bodyguard and some others involved then quickly break up the fight.
Lil Tay, a rapper who is just nine years old, doesn't appear to be physically involved in the brawl, but can be seen yelling abuse in the footage.
The confrontation comes after Bregoli, also known by her stage name Bhad Bhabie, had been feuding online with Waldrip - including in a vulgar, threatening FaceTime conversation which was recorded and published on YouTube.
Following the fight, the girls took to social media to address it.
Lil Tay posted a video of her sitting beside Waldrip holding a large wad of cash, referring to Bregoli as a "broke ass bitch" who "can't fight for shit".
Bregoli said her management wouldn't let her dwell on the matter as it could financially harm her, but warned others not to try and film her "to get views".
"I shouldn't have cracked [Waldrip] like I did, but whatever," she said on her Instagram story.
