Unfortunately for New Zealand vegans, the burger is currently only available at one McDonald's restaurant in Finland.
The McVegan will be trialled until November and, if successful enough, will then be rolled out in other locations, according to Veggie Athletic.
McDonald's marketing director in Finland, Christofer Rönnblad , said the soy-based burger has had a great response from vegan customers.
"We were really passionate about finding a steak that tastes really good," he added.
Mr Rönnblad said however the McVegan sells, McDonald's will be looking into further meat-free options.
