Budget flyers are angry Air New Zealand won't honour US to New Zealand airfares mistakenly sold for US$100 (NZ$136).
The tickets were bought via third party websites and travel agents, and purchasers say the flights have now been cancelled.
Air New Zealand's apologised for the "genuine human error" and says the airfares, sold for about 10 percent of the intended price, will be refunded, as well as any other genuine costs incurred.
