As we all know, Krispy Kreme is on its way to fill the bellies and hearts of Kiwis, but it's giving away some tasters on Sunday to get you excited.
The popular US doughnut chain posted to Facebook on Sunday morning, saying it was giving away free doughnuts around Auckland ahead of its grand opening next month.
Doughnut lovers who missed out at Victoria Park between 12pm and 1pm can still grab the deep-fried goodness on Quay St between 4pm and 6pm.
The first New Zealand Krispy Kreme joint will be located in Manukau, Auckland and will be opening at 8am, on Wednesday February 28.
"Once our renowned Krispy Kreme 'Hot Now' sign is switched on, our Auckland store will be open for business," says CEO of Krispy Kreme, Andrew McGuigan. "Customers can expect to enjoy the authentic Krispy Kreme experience - warm, melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts, barista-crafted coffee and much more."
The store will boast not only a retail shop, but also a drive-through.
