Footage has emerged showing a collapsed cliff beneath a property on Auckland's Waiheke Island.
The footage was shot in Oneroa and uploaded to Facebook by Adam Bennett.
"This cliff has fallen apart and the house is probably going to go with it. What you can see in front of it is a swimming pool," he says in the video.
"This is pretty hardcore."

Mr Bennett told Newshub he was at a wedding on a cliff opposite the property at the time of the collapse.
"Some of the guests saw the chunk of land come down the cliff and into the ocean," he said.
Auckland, Northland and Waikato have been hit with record rainful in the past few days, wreaking havoc across the regions.
The Fire Service says it has received 27 callouts in Auckland since 6pm Friday evening, but it was not aware of this incident.
