Sound's appalling doesn't it? Who would stoop that low?
According to Age Concern, there's plenty of it happening.
Their stats are shocking. Ten percent of over 65-year-olds will suffer some sort of abuse or neglect.
They say 50 percent of all abuse cases are financially motivated. There is money to gain.
Worst of all, 75 percent of financial abusers are family member's sons, daughters, and grandchildren.
