Four men arrested in New Zealand's biggest-ever cocaine bust have appeared in court on Thursday.
An estimated 46 kilograms of cocaine, with a street value of about NZ$20 million, was seized from an address in Tauranga early Wednesday morning.
Name suppression was lifted for the four men involved in the bust on Thursday. They are Matthew Scott, 44, Deni Cavallo, 46, Benjamin Northway, 35, and Maria Habulin, 46.
All four appeared in the dock at Tauranga Court, with none applying for bail.
The men have been remanded in custody and are due back in court December 4, following a five-month joint Police and Customs investigation.
