'Let's Play Live' is a is a state-of-the-art broadcast studio designed exclusively with esports in mind.
The development will enable LPL to film esports events at most major Australian and New Zealand venues whilst producing a world-class broadcast product in 4K or HD to any linear TV or online partner in the world.
It's broken down into six rooms around the Sky Tower.
To put it into perspective, 80 million tuned in around the world for the last League of Legends tournament.
The largest prize pool for the 'Dota 2' tournament clocked 24.6 million.
And now even the Olympics is considering adding gaming as a gold medal event for 2024.
So the question is, is e-sport gaming a real sport?
