Britomart remains closed overnight following an earlier train derailment, creating commuter chaos for those who usually use the station.
Here's what you need to know:
Commuters who usually catch their train from Britomart Station will need to change their plans for getting home tonight.
Auckland Transport says train services are running but will run on a 20 minute frequency instead of 10 minutes so people should expect delays.
Anyone who usually catches the Eastern Line can instead head to The Strand, while Western and Southern lines are able to catch a train from Newmarket.
Commuters heading south can catch a shuttle between Onehunga and Penrose, which will link them to Southern Line services.
Auckland Transport have also said that from 9pm tonight, Eastern Services will only operate between Manukau and Panmure and no services will run from Panmure to the Strand.
There has been no additional bus services added.
At this stage it is unclear when the central station will open again but AT says it should not cause any commuter issues tomorrow.
The incident is being investigated by the Transport Accident Investigation Commission and does not appear to be a fault of the trains.
None of the 33 passengers were injured this morning during the derailment.
