Plumes of black smoke can be seen across parts of Christchurch as emergency services battle a fire.
The blaze is from a logging truck that is on fire in the suburb of Burwood.
Fire and Emergency said they were called to the fire on Anzac Drive near the Travis Rd roundabout at around 9:40am on Friday morning.
They said the road is currently closed as they try and put out the fire.
