IBF, WBA Super and IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is preparing for his unification fight against Joseph Parker with some unorthodox training exercises.
With the April 1 (NZ time) fight getting closer by the day and with more than 70,000 tickets already sold, the 28-year-old has taken 'training to new depths' for the fight.

On Thursday (NZ time), Joshua uploaded an Instagram photo that showed him swimming underwater, while pushing a 25kg weight along the pool's floor.
Joshua has won all 20 of his professional fights by knockout, since turning professional in 2013.
Meanwhile, Parker has begun his training for the highly anticipated bout in Las Vegas, along with trainer Kevin Barry.
The 26-year-old Kiwi has also won all 24 of his professional fights (18 by knockout), but has failed to win by knockout in his last three.
Parker plans to target Joshua's "glass jaw" during the fight.
