A newly built mansion is expected to become the most-expensive ever sold in the United States, with a NZ$350 million price tag.
Hundreds of workers spent four years building the Bel Air, California palace, which goes on sale this week.
But just how lavish is it? Well, the home has 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three kitchens, six bars, a massage room, bowling alley, fitness centre, two wine/champagne cellars, a movie theatre and an infinity pool.
The million-dollar palace was built by owner-developer Bruce Makowsky 'on spec', meaning it was designed and developed without a buyer lined up.
The asking price includes a full-time staff of seven - including a chef, chauffeur and masseuse - for two years.
Mr Makowsky previously built and sold a home in Beverly Hills for NZ$98 million - the highest price to date in that city. It was sold to Minecraft creator and Mojang co-founder Markus Persson.
The most expensive home in the world is Antilia, a 27-storey building in Mumbai owned by an Indian businessman.
