Footage from outside the venue in which an explosion killed at least 19 people and injured more than 50 others shows the moment the blast occurred.
The dashcam video shows what is believed to be the foyer of the Manchester Arena lit up, as noise from the explosion reverberates through the surrounding area.
It is the only footage that has come to light showing the explosion actually occurring so far. The reason for this is likely because the blast occurred in the Manchester Arena's foyer, rather than inside the room in which the concert was taking place.
The blast is being treated as a terrorist incident by Greater Manchester Police.
NBC have reported that the explosive was detonated by a suicide bomber.
