British tourists getting tattoos saying "I stole Madeleine McCann" have sparked outrage around the world.
The controversial tattoos have been increasingly requested by people trying to get the most offensive tattoo they can think of in the Spanish resort town of Magaluf.
Madeleine went missing more than a decade ago from Praia da Luz in Portugal.
According to media reports, drunken punters have been venturing into tattoo parlours in the middle of the night to request the tasteless tattoos, which have now surfaced online.
Madeline, then three-years-old, disappeared from her bedroom while on holiday with her parents Kate and Jerry in 2007.
Since then, authorities around the world, including Interpol, have been searching for the young girl, who would now be 14 years old.
Upon the 10-year mark of her disappearance earlier this year, forensic experts released images of what they thought she would look like now.
