A woman from Northern Ireland has married who she calls her "king" - but he's not the husband most women would have in mind.
Wilhelmina Callaghan, 43, has just celebrated her eighth wedding anniversary with her Yorkshire terrier Henry.
Ms Callaghan says she decided to tie the knot with Henry after he "supported" her through a job loss and a house flood.
Despite the age and species difference, Ms Callaghan says they've found a lot of common ground.
"He's just kind, friendly and easy... you know he's with you for the long haul," she told the Daily Mail.
As marrying your pet isn't legal in Ireland, Ms Callaghan and Henry have joined in a "spiritual union".
However she still has a framed certificate from their online ceremony and she says she's taking it as seriously as any other marriage.
"Unlike other marriages which fall apart, I know I'm with Henry for life."
Ms Callaghan owns nine other dogs, but says Henry doesn't mind having other men in his wife's house.
"It's one of the many things I love about him. If a new dog enters the fold, Henry is the first to go over and say hello. There's no ego, he is just so friendly."
