Football fans are up in arms after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their royal wedding date - the same day as the FA Cup final.
The date for the 2017/18 FA Cup final was announced six months ago, but that didn't stop Prince Harry from double-booking. Both events will take now place on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
"Saturday May 19, promises to be a wonderful day with such a special royal occasion being followed by English football's showpiece event, the Emirates FA Cup Final," an FA spokesman said.
"With millions coming together to watch both events at home and around the world, it will be a day to celebrate."
The start times on Saturday for the football match and the wedding have yet to be announced, but there are already fears of chaos and mayhem - and a plea for the couple to reconsider their wedding date.
"FA Cup final day... royal wedding day... transport, police.. yeah, they haven't thought that one through have they," one person tweeted.
"Woah, woah, woah, the royal wedding and FA Cup date clash. Someone needs to sort this out before they book a venue or anything. Someone DM Harry," another posted.
