Despite no shortage of scandal, President Donald Trump's approval rating has hit its highest point since his 100-day presidency mark in April last year.
A CNN poll, conducted by survey and market research firm SSRS, found 42 percent of Americans approved of Mr Trump, a seven point jump since February.
It still sits below that of other modern presidents at the same point in their presidencies. In their first terms, Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama sat ahead of Mr Trump by four points, CNN said.
The poll also showed 54 percent of Americans disapproved of Mr Trump, a seven point jump since February.
CNN said Mr Trump's approval rating has shifted up and down in the last four CNN polls - in December he was down to 35%.
The poll also found two-thirds of Americans thought the woman alleging affairs with the president were telling the truth.
Twenty-one percent said they believed Mr Trump in his denial of them.
