The road where a truck carrying beer kegs caught fire in Petone early this morning has been reopened.
The crash left could have left commuters frothing after a truck and trailer caused delays during rush hour.
Police and the fire service were at the scene and closed off Cuba St off the Esplanade to the Seaview roundabout.
Video shot by a witness shows large flames coming from the truck.

No one was injured in the fire.
