Brendon McCullum will join his Black Caps teammates in Wellington for the final one-dayer against Sri Lanka on Thursday before they meet in the opening match of the Cricket World Cup in Christchurch on February 14.
As the Black Caps prepared to leave Dunedin there didn't seem to be any hard feelings between Ross Taylor and Kane Williamson.
In yesterday's sixth one-dayer at University Oval, poor communication ended a 117-run stand between the pair.
While Williamson looked annoyed at the time, last night Taylor says the two of them were all good, and today they left their hotel in the same team van for the airport, keen to move on.
"It's disappointing," says Taylor. "We haven't had the greatest running between the wickets in recent times, but hopefully we can rectify that."
