Halle Berry had to restrain her fiance Olivier Martinez from lashing out at the paparazzi on Monday after they were swarmed by a crowd of snappers as they tried to exit Los Angeles International Airport.
The actors had just returned to LA from a vacation in Hawaii with Berry's daughter Nahla and they immediately caught the attention of photographers as they headed towards the terminal doors to their waiting car.
In video footage of the incident, obtained by TMZ.com, Berry and her child, who was being carried by Martinez, are depicted trying to shield their faces from the bright lights as they force their way through the horde of snappers, but one photographer appeared to get a little too close for comfort, prompting the Oscar winner to shout, "Get away, there's a child... what the f**k is wrong with you people?"
One paparazzo can be heard off-camera calling out to Martinez, saying, "You push me, why you push me?", and after placing Nahla in the car, the Frenchman is then caught on film turning as he appears ready to lash out at the offending man, only for Berry to hold him back and tell him, "Olivier, no! Olivier, no!" and push him into the vehicle as they prepared to leave.
Berry is no stranger to clashes with the paparazzi - she has been fighting to have snappers banned from taking pictures of celebrities and their kids near their children's schools, and even filed a legal request to relocate to Paris, France to escape the heavy media attention she is regularly subjected to. She lost her bid last year as part of her ongoing custody battle with Nahla's dad, model Gabriel Aubry.
