From reporting from the world-famous Glastonbury festival to covering the latest daily showbiz news, Darren joined the team as the Digital Entertainment Editor in July 2022, based in Auckland.
Passionate about films, television and gaming and with a keen eye for what the audience wants from an entertainment section, Darren has covered such stories as interviews with Married at First Sight contestants, Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino, and the latest Doctor Who, Ncuti Gatwa.
Oh, and in the first few days here, he was made to dance with The Wiggles.
