Born: December 11, 1979 at Nelson
Height: 1.85m

Forsyth will attend his fourth Commonwealth Games at Birmingham, after reaching the quarter-finals in triples and fours at Gold Coast four years ago.
He made a name for himself as a 24-year-old winning the 204 national singles crown and then taking out the World Champion of Champions title.
Forsyth captured world championship singles bronze in 2008, and triples in 2012 and 2016, before taking out the fours title with Blake Signal, Mike Kernaghan and Mike Nagy, also in 2016.
Because the 2020 world championships were cancelled during the COVID-19 pandemic, he is still the reigning world fours champion.
Forsyth has won nine NZ national titles - three each in singles, pairs and fours, including a pairs victory with father Neville.
