Police in New Jersey have arrested and charged a man with attempted homicide in connection to a shooting outside rapper J Cole's concert on Monday night.
Two men who attended Cole's tour stop with Big Sean, Jeremih and YG at the PNC Bank Arts Center this week were left in a critical condition after they were targeted in the venue's parking lot.
On Thursday, authorities announced they had arrested local resident Quran Powell in connection to the crime.
The 27-year-old is facing two counts of attempted homicide and weapons charges. He is being held on US$750,000 bail at Monmouth County Jail.
The two victims, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, are now listed in a critical but stable condition.
