Newlywed rock icon Billy Joel has become a father for a second time.
The musician's fourth wife, Alexis Roderick, gave birth to daughter Della Rose Joel in New York in the early hours of Wednesday, his representative reveals to People.com.
The baby's arrival comes just weeks after 66-year-old Joel and 33-year-old Roderick tied the knot on America's Independence Day. The couple were married in a surprise ceremony at Joel's estate in Long Island.
Little Della Rose is Joel's first child with Roderick.
The 'Piano Man' hit maker is also dad to singer Alexa Ray Joel, 29, his only child with model Christie Brinkley, who he was married to from 1985 until 1994.
Daughter Alexa attended the surprise nuptials, which was presided over by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
