A New York judge has thrown out parts of pop star Kesha's lawsuit, which claimed her producer Dr Luke violated her human rights and committed a hate crime.
The final verdict comes a just few months after a judge denied Kesha's plea for an injunction to end her record contract.
The judge also decided that Kesha was not a victim of a hate crime, saying "every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime".
Kesha claimed earlier in the week that she would be given "freedom" and the option to end her contract only if she retracted all of her statements and apologised for the accusations she made against her former producer.
The lawsuit came from claims her producer raped her and was emotionally abusive throughout their working relationship.
He has denied all of these claims, and hit Kesha back with allegations of defamation.
Earlier in the year, a judge agreed with Sony, stating that because Kesha was not "forced" to work exclusively with Dr Luke, her claims were "unfounded".
