Comedy x Pizza at Montecristo is back for a second year, featuring some of the best local giggle talent New Zealand has on offer.
Tim Batt and Guy Montgomery are two of those talents.
Tim's set 'Vote Batt' will take his audience into an alternate reality where he is running for office. What office? We don't know, and it apparently doesn't matter. His campaign promises? Happiness, liberty and psychedelic experiences for all.
Montgomery's set 'Guy Montgomerry Christmas' endeavours to bring Christmas cheer into the middle of the year. The show is described with pun-a-plenty. He asks: Ho-ho-how about you come and find out for yourself?
Newshub had a chat to the dudes at Toto' Pizza in Auckland and found out the origins of comedy, that Guy makes his pizzas without sauce, and some other things along the way.
Comedy x Pizza at Montecristo Comedy runs from April 21 to May 14.
