Four became three at the end of the last episode, and thus began the beginning of the home visits, where Jordan Mauger was to visit each of the remaining three girls' families.
Holland-born Fleur was the first to introduce her family, based in Hawke's Bay. The 32-year-old bachelor had practiced some opening lines in Dutch to woo her family.
An ecstatic Fleur hadn't seen her family since she started, and she hadn't met her niece who was born while she was in Hawaii, so was clearly overjoyed and temporarily forgot about Jordan.
But that didn't matter, as Jordan then attempted to steal the show by reciting his Dutch.
"His Dutch was terrible," Fleur's dad, Hans, proclaimed.
Fleur's mother then got Jordan to hold the baby, then her brother and law took him outside for an interrogation while they cooked lunch on the BBQ.
In the meantime, Fleur, her mum and sister cooed over the baby, and discussed her feelings for Jordan.
Erin, who has only just begun to let her guard down and show Jordan the "real" her, was up next.
She initially struggled to gauge a connection, but after some quality time together they eventually found some common ground.
She's a North Shore local, and was to introduce him to her mum, aunt and best friend.
Her home visit seemed successful, her mum and friend saying they'd never seen her so happy -- however, all wasn't as it seemed.
Erin's mum then put the hard word on him: "You're the poster boy for serial dating. Do you feel like you're ready to settle down or have you got a taste for dating multiple people?"
However, Jordan handled it like a champion, and came out the other side of the awkward conversation on top.
In an effort to show Jordan a little more about herself, Erin took him to a costume shop where the two had a deep-and-meaningful while adorned in bizzare clothing.
Next it was time for Naz's home visit, on the West Coast, where he was to meet her sister, 'Big Nas', as her parents were overseas.
Jordan admitted he's got some "strong feelings" for Naz already, despite her trouble-making persona.
Naz's sister, brother-in-law and niece all sat down for a bit of a chat, before he was whisked off by the sister.
The farm trip seemed to be going off without a hitch, until Naz's brother-in-law took him off to plant some trees and put the hard word on Jordan, while the sisters had an intimate chat about the whole situation.
Big Nas tells little Naz that she's sees "a few good qualities in Jordan", and gives him a 90 percent pass.
Both Jordan and Naz seem to have enjoyed their trip to the West Coast, and Naz confessed she has almost fallen in love with him.
Now Jordan has met all three of the families, it's time for the 'fantasy date', where the girls are invited to spend the night with him.
On tonight's episode, one girl will be sent home and the final two will be revealed.
