The new villain in Despicable Me 3 is a Michael Jackson-loving disco devil, voiced by Trey Parker.
The South Park co-creator plays Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who has grown up to become obsessed with the character he played in the '80s, and proves to be Gru's most formidable nemesis to date.
Balthazar is infatuated with everything 80s-related - he has an intense mullet hairdo and mustache, uses pink bubble gum and a Rubik's Cube and wears a bizarre purple ensemble complete with fingerless black gloves.
Despicable Me 3 also sees the return of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters - Margo, Edith and Agnes - and, of course, the Minions.
The film is directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, co-directed by Eric Guillon, written by Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio, and will be released in 2017.
