Kanye West has been released from UCLA Medical Center after more than a week of treatment for his mental breakdown, according to US media.
He's said to be back at home with wife Kim Kardashian and children North and Saint, along with his personal physician Dr Michael Farzam.
The troubled pop star was hospitalised in LA on November 22 (local time), suffering a "psychiatric emergency" brought on by sleep deprivation and dehydration.
Kanye was originally going to leave hospital earlier this week, but was kept in on doctors' orders as he was said to still be unstable and suffering "extreme paranoia".
The day before the 'Stonger' rapper was admitted to the hospital, Live Nation announced the remainder of his Saint Pablo Tour had been cancelled, which came after a series of bizarre outbursts he made.
During a concert in San Jose, California on November 17, Kanye delivered a tirade at his audience, attacking friends Beyonce and Jay Z while throwing support behind President-elect Donald Trump and said petitioning black people to stop talking about racism.
Gossip websites reported people close to Kanye calling the episode a "nervous breakdown", brought on in part through the anniversary of his mother's funeral.
