Photos have emerged of Selena Gomez making out with The Weeknd on the streets of Santa Monica, which may have an explosive reaction with Taylor Swift's 'squad'.
Gomez and the 'Can't Feel My Face' singer had dinner at a local restaurant last night (local time), before getting cuddly on the street outside in front of paparazzi.
While it's not known how long the unexpected couple have been seeing each other, they've known each other for at least a year, after performing together at a Victoria's Secret show in November 2015.
It was only last month that The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, performed at the 2016 Victoria's Fashion show, where he serenaded his then-girlfriend Bella Hadid as she walked the runway.
Hadid and The Weeknd dated for almost 18 months before breaking up in early November.
It seems Hadid has seen the pics of the 'Come & Get It' hitmaker and The Weeknd kissing, as she unfollowed Gomez on Instagram around 3.30pm (local time). However, she continues to follow her ex, The Weeknd.
Gomez and Hadid have spent time together as members of Taylor Swift's group of friends, but they haven't been pictured together since September 2015, when they were both part of a group shot posted posted on British model Immy Waterhouse's Twitter account
Gomez has been officially single for the last year. Before dating the Weeknd, her last high profile relationship was with Justin Beiber.
