It's a description of the Trump presidency, but also a new thriller novel co-written by former President Bill Clinton.
The President is Missing is a collaboration between the 42nd President and bestselling author James Patterson but there are no details about the plot.
Mr Clinton is bringing his first-hand knowledge of the inner workings of the White House and he says the process of working on his first novel has been enjoying the process.
"Working on a book about a sitting President - drawing on what I know about the job, life in the White House, and the way Washington works - has been a lot of fun," he says.
Mr Patterson, best known for his series of books about forensic psychologist Alex Cross, says it's been good to have an extensive well of knowledge to draw from.
"Working with President Clinton has been the highlight of my career," he said in a joint statement.
The book is set for release in June 2018, with a national book tour to follow.
