The Kardashian house was also decked out in some seriously giant "Happy Birthday North" balloons, in a giant, colourful arch.
Being the Kardashians though, there had to be some excess. In this case, West's proud parents seemed to have surprised their eldest daughter with not one, but two cream-colored Pomeranian puppies. The pair popped up on Kourtney's social media during the birthday celebrations.
