Jordan Peele is working on a TV show that centres on a band of heroes hunting down and killing scores of Nazis hiding in the United States.
Following his hugely successful indie horror Get Out, the Key and Peele star signed a TV development deal that appears to be bearing fruit with his executive producer role on The Hunt.
Peele is capitalising on the global craze of seeing Nazis get what they deserve, illustrated by the frequent, popular 'punch a Nazi' videos online.
"Inspired by true events, The Hunt follows a diverse band of Nazi hunters in 1970s America, as they set out on a quest for revenge and justice, tracking and killing hundreds of Nazis who, with the unconscionable help of the US government, escaped justice and embedded themselves in American society," writes The Hollywood Reporter.
No network currently has rights to the show, which was reportedly shopped around following the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, but several networks are said to be interested.
Get Out has a mighty 99 percent rating on the Rotten Tomatoes website and hauled in more than US$250 million worldwide, off the back of a mere US$4.5 million production budget.
