X Factor mogul Simon Cowell was hospitalised after reportedly fainting and falling down the stairs at his London home.
Cowell, 58, was rushed away in a neck brace by ambulance after the accident, UK media reports. He was reportedly getting a cup of hot milk early in the morning after attending a Little Mix concert the night before.
"It was very early and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn't sleep," a friend told The Sun.
"He fainted and is thought to have fallen down the stairs."
A few hours later he was seen arriving back home, and gave a thumbs-up sign to the gathered photographers.
One photograph showed the star's laces were undone as he went inside.
He will miss filming for the next episode of X Factor, but is expected to be back for Sunday's show.
